We walk every station, pull your production and procurement data, and map every leakage source. You receive a written report naming each one in basis-point terms. No fee is committed until you have read it.
Fixes are built with your supervisors and line leads, not handed over as instructions. We stay on-site through normal operating pressure until each change holds without our presence.
The final deliverable is a written operating manual — procedures, checkpoints, and ownership assigned by role. The improvement runs without us because the manual tells your team exactly what to do.
Access, data, and two hours a week
We need unrestricted floor access, twelve months of production and procurement records, and a named counterpart on your operations team. That is the complete list. We do not require dedicated headcount or a steering committee.
